Architect Project Manager - Grocery or R
Job Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: 80000 - 90000
Wise Architect needed in Sunny Florida. The ideal candidate will have greater than 25 years experience having a strong emphasis on either grocery store or restaurant construction. The candidates will have demonstrated leadership qualities, proven project management tools/skills and mentoring abilities in order to lead project teams to generate documents for all design phases, coordinate engineering disciplines, and responsibly maintain project schedules and budgets to promote successful project completion based on client satisfaction and profitability. The candidate will also be responsible for managing current projects that have been awarded.
