SharePoint Solution Architect / Team Lead
Job Summary: Provide consulting services and technology solutions to clients. Contribute to the strategic technical direction of the company. Provide support to daily operations of customer engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide billable consulting services to clients.
Provide requirements gathering for enterprise projects.
Develop problem statements and high-level architecture designs from requirements.
Assist with developing project plans and future road maps for client initiatives.
Provide project technical risk assessment.
Provide overall technology vision for project.
Develop client-project policy questions and provide recommendations.
Provide communications between internal and external project teams.
Develop and present technical skills assessments of staff.
Contribute to coaching/mentoring staff.
Contribute to ensuring our company is on the leading edge of technology solutions.
Perform other related duties as required.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be proficient as webmaster, client/server developer
SharePoint related, must be experienced in the design development and implementation.
Configuration and maintenance of SharePoint Portal Server/WSS and web parts, SQL Server, .NET
Primary skill requirements:
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS).
Experience with SharePoint customization via the available options within SharePoint. (UI customization, list creation, site management, etc)
Experience with FrontPage 2003 and ability code HTML, JSP, XML/XSLT, .NET. Visual Studio, C - a plus.
Experience with all phases of a project life cycle using Microsoft .NET.
Experience developing SQL queries and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with XML/XSLT stylesheets.
Experience in maintain several websites.
Experienced working with rapid-prototyping and software integration techniques with little or no supervision.
Experience in BizTalk, and InfoPath a plus.
3+ years of experience MOSS / SharePoint / WSS Development / Administration experience.
Credentials and Experience
Degree with courses in Information Technology preferred.
10 -15 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.
Develop and design technology solutions based on customer requirements.
Manage client engagements and account activities.
