In this position, youll manage an individual clinical unit on a 24-hour basis. Youll oversee patient care, nursing services, and related staff planning, directing, and coordinating schedules and training for nursing staff. Youll also adjust resources to respond to emergency or unusual circumstances.
BSN required, MSN preferred. 3-5 years CV experience.
