DESIGN ENGINEER (Phoenix, AZ.)
Requirements: BSEE (MSEE preferred) and 5+ years industry experience in CMOS analog and mixed-signal IC design. Opportunity to work with a team of world-class experts in the analog field on wide variety of analog circuits.
Device level design experience of one or more of the following: regulators, band-gap references, phase locked loops, high-speed transceivers, data converters. Experience in the design of low power products for battery powered applications. The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to develop and improve new and existing circuit solutions. Understanding of analog circuits at the device level and a strong understanding of device layout is required.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement analog/mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOS technology for high speed data communications products. Work in a group setting to architect, design, simulate, and review complex analog designs. Work with a validation and test teams to support products into high volume production. Excellent communication skills are required to share expertise, provide and receive feedback, communicate technical issues, and communicate design schedules.
