Job Location: Foster city, CA
This person will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in the area of advertising and promotion primarily pertaining to US marketing activities and products.
The position will serve as the companys senior regulatory liaison to the FDAs Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications (DDMAC) for all company products.
It is required that this person experience working directly with DDMAC. They must also have of in-depth knowledge of regulations and their implementation along with specific experience in the area of advertising and promotion. It is preferred that this person hold an advanced degree and have at least 8 years of industry experience.
