Registered Nurse CC/ICU Englewood FL
Job Location: Englewood, FL
Registered Nurse for thier Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit various shifts available. In this position, youll evaluate, plan, and administer nursing care to patients. Youll provide prescribed medication and treatment, help physicians during exams and treatment, and monitor and record patient condition, notifying physician when appropriate. Youll also monitor patient care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and others.
The RN demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient. Conducting employee evaluations and clinical competency assessments on or before their due date. Initiating coaching, counseling and/or corrective action, procedures to employees as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS: Current FL RN license. 1-3 years experience. Basic EKG and Critical Care experience a must. Hemodynamic monitoring and ACLS certifications required.
