Start Date:5/10/2008 Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Job sumary: Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate and status activities, answer phones, manage calendar, set-up meetings across locations and time zones, plan and coordinate travel, demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and to interact well with different levels of management. In addition, candidates must have excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other administrative tools.
