Medical Information Specialist
Job Location: Palo alto, CA
This position is responsible for the triage and provision of comprehensive, non-promotional, and scientifically balanced responses to inquiries about the companys products from healthcare professionals, consumers, internal colleagues, and others.
Medical Information Specialists function as members of the internal Medical Affairs team and are instrumental in the development and approval of Marketing pieces
It is required that this person hold Degree in a healthcare discipline (eg, PharmD, PhD, MD, MS, RN, etc. PharmD with residency and clinical pharmacy experience preferred)
And have at least three to five years experience as a Medical Information Specialist in an industry, managed care, or hospital setting
(drug information residency a plus)
