This position is located in Norcross, GA (a suburb of Atlanta). As a Applications Developer/Sr. Applications Developer in object-oriented technologies, you will provide technical leadership in a sr. role (provide your expertise in a development role) on multiple large and small enterprise projects of a complex nature. Projects are state-of-the-art and intended to drive forward the applications which launched this organization into the spotlight. Your technical leadership involvement will include, but is not limited to, projects encompassing the Google Search Engine, Data Warehouse and Service Oriented Architecture.
All applications are meant to push the envelope and give the company an edge in customer service, ability to provide information to those in the field, consistency and ease of use for internal customers, and provide external customers with the attention and information they seek.

Your technical leadership and abilities in Sr. Applications Development (new development) will include:
Working with enterprise-wide small and large complex projects that require the highest level of expertise in Java and other object-oriented technologies (C, .NET, VB)
Defining and developing project scope
Leading and participating in project planning sessions with clients, BAs and team members for the purpose of analyzing development requirements, providing design recommendations for complex systems, and recommending methods and assignments
Providing design recommendations, developing applications and custom integration solutions.
Making complex modifications to existing software applications and modules as well as developing new cross-functional software systems using disciplined software development processes.
Minimum technical skills include Java development and SQL Server with exposure/ability in other OO technologies such as C, .NET and VB.
