The Hospital is a private, not for profit, Critical Access Hospital (CAH). It is comprised of 25 beds, a Family Birthing Center, Home Care Services covering Home Health and Hospice, and a broad range of diagnostic, surgical and therapeutic outpatient services. The Hospitals mission is:

Our Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital. There are 44 physicians on the active medical staff represent 18 different medical and surgical specialties. The Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), a member of the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Healthcare Systems (OAHHS), and a member of the American Hospital Association (AHA) and a member of the American Small Hospital Association. .Patient health care is always, and will continue to be, a priority to the hospital and to the staff which provides the care to our community.
Presently, the hospital is in the construction phase of expanding the Emergency Services Department, adding onto the Admitting area, and remodeling the Admitting/Radiology Waiting area.
Family Practice Physician will be in a Clinic based practice with on call and rounding on patients at the Hospital across the street.
Must be BC/BE prefer Oregon State license, not a requirement Great group of associates to work with. Partnership track within 2 years
