Production Supervisor
Job Location: Orlando, FL
We are conducting a search for a Production Supervisor for a large high-speed manufacturing company in Florida. The Company is a well-recognized firm and has a very strong reputation. They operate numerous plants across the US. They are very well managed and have been doing quite well. They are able to offer the opportunity for significant upward mobility. Candidates should have previous management experience in a complex, dynamic environment. A degree is preferred but not required. Previous high-speed manufacturing is required. Candidates should be ready to promote to a managerial slot within 1.5 to 2 years. Candidates must have experience in the food and/or beverage industry including experience with process improvement systems.
