Our clients Financial Management roles are first-cabin and first-tier all the way. Were looking for a proven finance professional with classical financial management experience, someone with demonstrated progress in their career, and a record of excellence managing FP A, Cost/General Accounting, and Financial Reporting functions and delivering results.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a financial organization capable of meeting requirements for a cutting edge medical technology leader. You will participate and lead commercial management in development of financial Long Range Planning and Portfolio Management as well as tracking/monitoring progress, profitability and return on investment.
Whats more, you will also be responsible for Sales Operations Planning, Forecasting, Annual Budgeting, Long Range Planning, and Portfolio Management that will enable your business unit to meet and exceed their financial objectives both today and in the future.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years finance experience, including 3 years management, in a healthcare-related industry like medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or managed care, with proven experience in FPA, Cost/General Accounting and Financial Reporting. Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics is required.
Any candidate with strong classical finance skills who has successfully planned, implemented, and administered financial information and control systems in a healthcare related setting will be considered. Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting is required.
Only energetic, motivated and high achieving professionals will be considered! Good instincts, good cross-functional team skills, and good leadership potential will land you this job. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required, a CPA/CMA is preferred, an MBA is strongly preferred. Previous commercial and/or international experience is also preferred.
Remember, if you dont have a healthcare-related financial background, you will not be considered for this position. You must have delivered tangible results as a controller in a similar role. Solid leadership potential, a highly organized mindset, business maturity, as well as strong interpersonal skills will be necessary to succeed in this role.
