In this position, you will manage an individual clinical unit on a 24-hour basis. You will oversee patient care, nursing services, and related staff planning, directing, and coordinating schedules and training for nursing staff. You will also adjust resources to respond to emergency or unusual circumstances.
This position for a Surgical Services/Operating Room Manager. Primary responsibilitihe es include the day to day management of the department, which consists of 13 Operating Room Suites. Cases include general, neuro and open heart. The Manager will also be responsible for PACU, Central Supply and Endoscopy.
This is a progressive 300+ bed facility in a safe, family oriented area.
The candidate must possess a Bachelors degree is Nursing along with 3-5 years experience in a comparable environment. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonus potential and full relocation
