Account Manager
Job Location: Southfield, MI
Your challenge will be to work with existing installed based customers within the Enterprise (250+ employees) markets by identifying, developing and winning complex telecommunications solutions that solve our customers enterprise communications needs. Your success in managing and growing multimillion dollar sales goals will be rewarded with a top tier commission program. You will develop and implement plans for strategic accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. You will pursue long-term account strategy that maximizes profits and assist in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers. You will develop a complete understanding of the organizations structure and key buying influences of assigned account. You will perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product / solution / service offerings. You will provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
Skills/Qualities:
Demonstrated Installed Base Management skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar sales goals.
Experience in using ROI tools and Financial Modeling as a part of your sales process.
Successful negotiator with C-level decision-makers. Clear concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skills.
Training in advanced Account Management and Selling techniques though top-tier programs such as: Holden International Sales Training, Achieve Global, Critical Path Selling, or Target Account Selling.
Experience selling Communication (Voice, Data, VoIP) products and solutions to installed based customers.
College Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Be prepared to provide examples of successes in consultative solutions selling and demonstrate the drive and skills needed to effectively manage your market and customers.
