Our client who is a world leader in the industry with an enormous brand following has retained Hopper & Associates Executive Search Consultants to locate their Human Resource Manager. As the Human Resources Manager you will drive business objectives by developing and recommending HR programs, objectives, policies and procedures for optimal utilization of the team. Our client is known for their fun, festive culture where they consistently ask their people to become a lifelong learner to help in their role on the team and their career. Your role leads human resources activities, exercising independent judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying HR concepts and principles. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant work environment contributing to high morale.

Disciplined approach to handling work assignments and ability to complete tasks within specified timelines despite distractions and changing priorities. Knowledgeable and conscientious in ensuring company complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Your background:

  • Five plus years of human resources experience with demonstrated generalist background.
  • Strong knowledge in Labor and Safety regulations and compliance.
  • Demonstrated record of showing initiative in the HR arena
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs for employees and managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters appropriately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and in writing in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in MS-Office and familiarity with HRIS.
  • Bachelors Degree in related area, desired but not required.
