Account Manager, Inside Sales

Responsibilities
  • Create effective plans to manage and grow territory, ensuring appropriate customer coverage and new business development activities
  • Maintain and grow assigned accounts (cross-sell/up-sell) via planned and consistent telephone contact
  • Acquire new customers via cold-calling, warm lead follow-up and re-activating lost customers
  • Drive profitable sales growth via active telesales; ability to manage a sales pipeline and effectively close customers.
  • Provide feedback to management and marketing to assist in creating appropriate marketing and sales promotions.
  • Participate tradeshows, clinical and school visits, or key customer visits
  • Meet assigned KPIs
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in CRM

Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of B2B outbound telephone sales
  • Strong Account Management experience developing relationships with customers to drive repeat sales
  • Experienced in consultative selling
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong skills in new business development, prospecting, lead nurturing, relationship-building, hunting and closing
  • Ability to grow territory and meet established sales objectives and quotas.
  • Goal-oriented, strong closing skills
  • Disciplined, persistence, driven
  • Ability to communicate with decision-makers of all levels
  • Formal sales training is highly desired
  • Strong PC skills are required: MS Office Suites, CRM, Outlook and email.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or similar field is desirable
