Job Location: Fort Worth, TX
Exciting company based out of Fort Worth is rapidly growing and is in search of a Production Scheduler. Company has experienced exponential growth and needs qualified professionals to lead the way to the next level. Qualified candidates will have Production Scheduling experience within a growing manufacturing operation. Please read the following description in full prior to applying.

Position: Production Scheduler
Schedule: Mon - Fri 6am - 4pm
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + Depending on Experience

Reports to: Project Manager

Function:
The Scheduler will be part of the Operations Team and report to the Project Manager. The Scheduler will generate schedules for each department in the plant and verify all schedules for accuracy from sales. The Scheduler will gather and distribute all drawings and other information to the appropriate departments each day. The Scheduler will generate the rework schedule each day for all bad products from the previous day.

Principal Responsibilities:
Generate daily schedules for new production orders and rework orders. Provide drawings and other information to plant departments as required for orders. Verify order accuracy and ensure schedules are correct and up to date. Update schedules with any changes that happen throughout the day and report to Project Manager any discrepancies.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Generate and organize plant schedules per department
Work with production leaders to achieve optimal flow of product within a scheduled time period.
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Resolve scheduling problems by collecting and analyzing information and coordinating solutions

Education, Experience and Job Requirements:
1+ Years Experience of Production Scheduling
Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions and priorities Must be self-directed and motivated
Microsoft Office Software - Outlook, Word, Excel. Must be strong in Excel
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Communicate effectively using verbal and written communication skills.

Qualified candidates will have experience in a Scheduling capacity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess excellent communication (written/oral), analysis, evaluation and coordination abilities.
