Marketing Manager, Communications and Product
This is an Exciting Marketing Opportunity with a Start-Up Medical Device company that has recently launched its first product, soon to release its larger second product (the beginning of a platform of products) and is now closing Sales for these products. The atmosphere is fast-paced, quick growth and exciting! This Marketing Manager will be the first hire to the VP of Marketing and Sales. This position could grow towards the leadership of a Marketing Communications department or leadership of Product Marketing. The Marketing Manager will wear many hats and no two days will be the same!
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for the downstream marketing of all products with a strong emphasis on marketing communications. It includes development and execution of a branding strategy for the company and all product lines. As well as, coordination and execution of sales incentive programs, advertising and promotional programs, website management, and corporate communications.
Bachelors Degree Required, MBA preferred.
3-5 years experience emphasizing Marketing Communication and the supporting of a growing sales team including: creating Sales Collateral, trade shows, press releases, sales conferences, communication with customers and vendors, internal and external communications.
Experience in Medical Device Marketing is not required, but helpful.
