Electrical Engineer
Job Location: St. Louis, MO

A leading St. Louis manufacturer seeks an entry level BSEE with a strong desire to learn.
This position provides technical support to customers and employees.
Candidate will support the manufacturing/assembly effort of existing line of products or modification to existing products. He/she must perform calculations, create drawings, design, build and test electrical systems, write software, and carry out related engineering functions.
This position works closely with project teams of Industrial Design, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing to satisfy the requirements of each functional group.
Candidate provides direction to technicians to run existing tests and make revisions as required demonstrating that their design meets product specifications.
Qualified candidates will possess many of the following attributes:
XBSEE
XHighly motivated individual with excellent time management skills
XAbility to think creatively in a fast paced environment applying engineering principles to solve related problems
XExcellent interpersonal and communications skills ability to interact effectively with engineers, customers and sales staff
XProgramming experience :
oPLC ladder logic, Siemens PLC code a plus.
oC or C++ a plus
XAutocad experience, PromisE a plus
XViews occasional travel to customer sites as an opportunity for self-improvement
XOne to two years product design/support experience a plus
