Maintenance Supervisor
Job Location: St. Louis, MO
Experience: 5-8 years of experience
Maintenance activities for all facility related to mechanical and electrical equipment.
Supervise up to 125maintenance technicians responsible for pharmaceutical production
equipment / pharmaceutical facility support equipment.
Ensure all systems, equipment and personnel function as required for safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective operations.
Implement the preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure that maintenance work is performed in accordance with all regulatory and plant requirements. Will develop and conform to annual facility budgets manage the maintenance expertise to perform and assist with the plant operation/maintenance outages and monitor mechanical/electrical/IC maintenance work to ensure that all work is conducted using proper industrial and applicable plant procedures and standards.
Manage outside contractors manage preventive maintenance programs to
minimize manufacturing downtime manage emergency equipment repairs by problem
assessment, problem solving and assign work to proper skilled technicians.
Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ Years experience in an FDA Regulated Industry
5-7 Years experience in maintenance management in a pharmaceutical industry
Extensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and NRC regulations preferred
Knowledge of 5S, TPM and its implementation in an operating environment required
