Chief Medical Officer

Experience: 7-30 years of experience
Our client, an innovative company founded with the intend to benefit healthcare worldwide, has retained us to locate a Chief Medical Officer. It is their vision to fundamentally change the way medical decisions are made.
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will be the preeminent thought leader and in-house clinical expert. The CMO will participate in strategy decisions and the execution of the companys mission and vision. This person will oversee and provide direction to the Medical Directors on all projects from conceptualization through completion. The CMO will become an integral part of the senior management team.
It is required that this person hold an advanced degree preferably a Medical Degree and that they have an in-depth understanding of mathematics or statistics. This person will need to understand and have experience working with complex models, their expertise must go beyond the superficial, it is critical that they understand the art of modeling.. This person must have a proven publication track record as well as the able ability to present complex information efficiently to various audiences.
