Position Summary:This position will be a Senior Network Engineer responsible for automating networking configurations that support a large enterprise network. Responsible for using an enterprise automation tool to deploy secure configurations to network devices. Prefer a candidate with a strong networking background that has experience with or is capable of learning an automation tool such as HPNA and HPOO.Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree in a related technical field (preferred)
  • Experience configuring a variety of network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
  • Experience in a multi-vendor environment to include Cisco, Juniper, F5, A10, and Palo Alto
  • Experience taking baseline configurations and securing using DoD guidelines such as STIG/SRGs
  • Must have extensive experience with the integration of new network solutions replacing end of life/end of support network hardware
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be able to pass a Federal background investigation

Professional Certification Required (Must hold a minimum of 1 certification)

  • Security+

Vendor Certification Required (Must hold or be able to obtain 1 technical cert within 90 days)

  • CCNA (CCNP preferred)
