Antenna Systems Program Manager
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA
Experience: 8-15 years of experience
Manages and administers the affairs of a specific small program a portion of a major operational system an advanced systems product area or a designated area within a group of allied systems. Defines the objectives and strategies of the program, to include strategic and company objectives consistent with customer and contractual requirements.
Facilitates the timely planning of the program consistent with program requirements and objectives. Assigns areas of responsibility for the program and communicates the plan to all. Establishes a program completion checklist and manages the program to assure closure of program objectives efficiently and as early as practical. Maintains accurate records of program data, deliverable items, and material
Requires a Bachelors Degree and 8+ years DoD Program Management experience. Must have experience in budget development and cost tracking: driving program cost, schedule and performance in an EVMS environment. Must have experience in strategic development and customer face to face situations. Must have an Active Secret security clearance
