Applications Engineer
Job Location: Southern Naugatuck, CT
Experience: 2-5 years of experience
We are a global Converting Industry leader in winding shaft innovations and technology who continues to grow rapidly. With our engineering experience and patents issued we have developed a well-earned reputation for solving customer problems. In order to better service and support our increasing customer base we are seeking team players with a background in sales support, inside sales, service support or production scheduling to be our Inside Sales Service Coordinator. Duties:
Interact with company sales representatives customers regarding products, applications the troubleshooting of applications
Analyze customer requirements offer the appropriate product solutions
Prepare quotations efficiently accurately
Maintain computer database generate reports related to quoting activity, customer history order entry
Communicate with Production Management regarding repair orders
Coordinate with Engineering Production regarding scheduling capacity planning
Interact with Engineering to obtain technical information specifications necessary for approval drawings
Verify accuracy of incoming orders
Inform management of business opportunities, problems or trends in the industry
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year degree
Background in Converting Related Industries from Engineering, Field Service, Design or Technical Sales
