1) Digital design background with state machine and/or ASIC control design using verilog HDL.
2) Project management experience a major plus.
3) Some analog or system level interest a plus.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for digital design and verification but there is the possibility for project management and product definition for the candidate with the right skills
