They are a leading provider of end-of-life hospice and assisted living
Privately owned and private pay firm.
They were designatd as the provider of choice for asisted living and hospice care by a major sports league.
Specialize in Alzheimers and dementia patients. They dont use drugs or restraints on patients.
They use pet and kid therapy. Even employees can bring their pets and children to work. They dont wear uniforms....they try for a limited clinical appearance.
Everyone there is very passionate about the company philosophy which is so different from all the other hospice/assisted living companies.
Positions are in Beverly Hills and Redondo Beach, CA
Each requires previous experience with assisted living setting.
Must be RN and for Beverly Hills, they also need a very polished, sophisicated person who can deal well with wealthy and affluent patients. Beverly Hills isnt open yet....waiting to hire DON...already have an Administrator hired.
Gorgeous facility...high class residents!
This is a 24/7 setting, so they must have that background
Someone out of a SNF or LTAC would be best...
