Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 Range. Salaries will vary on positions and will be based on Education, Experience and Ability.
CONTROLS DESIGN ENGINEERING MANAGER
Controls Manager will be Single Point of Contact responsible for leading detailed design commissioning of control systems for Greenfield Coal Gasification facilities. Will be responsible for oversight coordination of engineering contractors for design change approvals, plant/systems instillation. Will report to the Executive V.P. of Engineering work closely with the CFO, COO and V.P.s.
Seeking a focused and driven Controls Manager with the proven ability to lead comprehensive turn-key projects through design to completion on time and within budget.
Location: Houston, TX
Requirements:
1. Advanced Controls Engineering principles related to Gas Processing Energy Sector manufacturing.
2. BS or MS Electrical or Chemical Engineering degree. ( MBA P.E. desired but not required )
LEAD MECHANICAL PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER
(Background in Coal Gasification, Continuous Chemical Processes, Refining and other Syn-fuels)
Lead Mechanical Engineer must have experience as Single Point of Contact responsible for detailed design through commissioning of Mechanical Engineering requirements for Chemical Plants or Refineries. Will be responsible for oversight coordination of engineering contractors for design change approvals, plant/systems instillation. Will report to the Director of Project Engineering work closely with the CFO, COO and V.P.s.
Seeking a focused and driven Individual Contributor with the proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive turn-key projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:

LEAD ELECTRICAL PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER
(Background in Coal Gasification, Continuous Chemical Processes, Refining and other Syn-fuels)
Lead Electrical Engineer will be Single Point of Contact responsible for detailed design to commissioning of Power Distribution through low voltage controls for Greenfield Coal Gasification facility. Will be responsible for oversight coordination of engineering contractors for design change approvals, plant/systems instillation. Will report to the Director of Project Controls work closely with the CFO, COO and V.P.s.
Seeking a focused and driven Individual Contributor with the proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive turn-key projects on time and within budget.

1. Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles related to Gas Processing Energy Sector manufacturing.
2. BS or MS Electrical Engineering degree. ( MBA P.E. desired but not required )
PROJECT DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER / MANAGER
Objective: To hire a hands-on Lead Project Design / Development Engineer to manage Engineering and EPC Contracting activities through Design, Development Implementation phases of projects up to $3-BB in scope.
Responsible for: Support of Development Team by providing all relevant technical input required to develop projects, submit bids through completion commissioning. Act as Owners Agent in supervision of consultants engineering firms with focus on Conceptual Definition, Pro-forma Inputs, Scope Book / Contract Development, EPC Contract Negotiation, and Construction Execution Support from Line-Item Budgeting through Construction Commissioning.
Requirements:
1. Engineering Degree. Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical rolls available. (P.E. preferred but not required)
2. Ten + years leadership of major capital projects from concept to completion. (U.$. - $100MM to $3BB)
3. Ten + years experience in Energy, Refining or major Petro-Chemical. industry.

COST CONTROL ENGINEER
Objective: To hire a hands-on Lead Cost Control Engineer for capital projects of $100-MM to $3-BB U.$. Monitor Control Engineering and EPC Contracting Costs through Design, Development Implementation phases of projects up to $3-BB in scope.
Responsible for: Monitoring Controlling Capital Costs required to develop projects, submit bids through completion commissioning. Act as Owners Agent in supervision of consultants engineering firms with focus on Conceptual Definition, Pro-forma Inputs, Scope Book / Contract Development, EPC Contract Negotiation, and Construction Execution Support from Line-Item Budgeting through Construction Commissioning.
Requirements:
1. BA in Finance, Accounting, Engineering
2. 10+ years leadership as Project Cost Controls Engineer on major capital projects from concept to completion.
3. 10+ years experience in Energy, Refining or major Petro-Chem. industry.
WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT DESIGN / ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER
(Focus on detailed Plant Design related Environmental issues for Chemical Processes, Refining or Syn-fuels.)
Position: Front-End Engineering Design of Waste-Water Treatment Plants, Waste-Stream Handling Mitigation Systems and Related Equipment to include solid knowledge of Environmental PSM Engineer requirements. Lead all efforts to specify design waste-water related hazardous waste handling systems equipment. Coordinate in-house contract engineers scientists to analyze, classify register various waste streams from Pilot and Production facilities. Coordinate with internal external engineering teams to develop Front-End Design of unique waste handling mitigation systems. Coordinate with Director of EHS to analyze, classify obtain permits for Pilot Plant full-scale Production Plant waste streams in various U.S. states in Canada.
