Materials Pricing Analyst
Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Rapidly growing leader in their sector of Contract Electronics Manufacturing. With over $200 million in sales, this is a division of a billion dollar corporation ranked as one of the best managed companies in the United States. They have grown almost 30 in the last 3 years to approximately 800 employees at this location and have plans to increase by that much again over the next 5 years. The position is located in a rural region of PA for all those nature enthusiasts and lovers of the great outdoors.
This position entails monthly preparation Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time Material (TM), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Progress Billings and additional required financial reporting on jobs. Additionally, this position will work with the Program Finance staff to develop, prepare, analyze and report job budgets and forecasts. This includes proactively assisting in identification, clarification, and providing options to correct issues that may impact job costs and operating income through preparation of labor and material cost analysis. This position will work closely with the Program Finance staff and Accounting staff to investigate and pursue more affective billing and budgeting/forecasting tools and assist in the implementation of a new ERP system (ORACLE). Qualified candidates must have experience in CPFF, TM, FFP and Process Billings. Knowledge of Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) billing is a plus. Individual to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have a basic understanding of bills of material and product structure, MRP/ERP systems and ability to self initiate research as needed. Individual must be detail orientated and able to handle multiple deadlines and deal with all levels of the company. A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related business field is required or equivalent years of experience.
