Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Enter Accounts Payable / Payroll data into Quickbooks Make bank deposits Enter Journal Entries into Quickbooks to record revenue from subsidiary accounting systems Check the accuracy of business transactions and reports from subsidiary accounting systems Perform data entry and administrative duties Perform HR duties
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and other related fields Fundamental knowledge of General Accounting Principles Knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheet (Excel) word and other office software applications Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented
