Our client, a 400 Bed, Trauma II, acute care facility is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide services to a varied population ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
As an experienced Physical therapist you will work in a multidisciplinary team environment to provide and guide PT services in an outpatient setting. Strong preference for aquatic and vestibular training or experience.
Shift choices include days, weekends or a combination with options for either 4 ten hour shifts or 5 eight hour shifts per week.
Requirements: Graduate of an APTA accredited school and current Arizona PT license. Minimum of one year experience in evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plan including communication with family, physicians, and interdisciplinary team
