Marketing Director- Aerospace Defense

Job Location: Santa clara, CA

Key analog markets include wireless handsets, displays and a variety of broad electronics markets, including medical, automotive, industrial, communication infrastructure, and test and measurement applications.

Opportunity:


As the Senior Manager, you will drive the Hi-Rel (Aerospace and Defense) Division marketing strategy, in particular identify target markets and customers, set priorities for development of roadmaps and product definition, drive product introduction activities, including product positioning, launch strategy, pricing strategy and portfolio management


The successful candidate will possess many or all of the following critical skills talents:

- Market Knowledge of the High Reliability Semiconductor marketplace - Satellite applications would be a plus

- Ability to drive key customer engagement

- Embrace vision beyond own product line

- Lead cross-functionally and collaboratively to influence and gain support from other organizations within the company

- Develop and evangelize a broader vision to multiple stakeholders

- Manage budgets and mastery of business fundamentals


Minimum requirements are: 12 years with BS or equivalent 10 years with MS or equivalent 8 years with Ph.D. or equivalent. MBA a plus.
