Batch Controls Engineer
Job Location: Elk Grove Village village, IL
Experience: 5-10 years of experience
My Client is seeking a Batch Controls Engineer to join their fast paced, customer orientated environment. The successful candidate would assist their Engineering and Sales teams in the development and delivery of process control solutions for their industrial customers.
Responsibilities include assisting the Project team in:
Defining batch control system designs and documentation, including validation documents.
Review batch control system designs with customer team
Integrating the DeltaV recipe management systems with external reporting systems.
Integrating DeltaV with external MES and workflow systems.
Software acceptance testing, both internal and at site.
Must be able to:
Meet project team commitments and deadlines
Work independently and as part of customer project team
Travel occasionally to customer facilities
Education and/or Experience:
B.S. Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with implementing and designing FDA validated control system projects.
Experience with implementing and designing DeltaV batch control projects.
Desire to learn the configuration of batch reporting systems along with MES and workflow systems.
