CISCO Voice Engineer
Job Location: Fife, WA
Experience: 4-10 years of experience
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Cisco Voice Professional to add to our team of engineers. Must work in a team environment to provide PBX and network support to customers across the country. To this end we have around 50 engineers with expertise in Avaya, Nortel, Siemens and Cisco products.
Beneficial Experience:
Cisco Call Manager design, implementation, and support
Cisco Unity design, implementation, and support
VoiP, Qos Expertise
Microsoft Exchange, unified messaging
SNMP Monitoring, Remote troubleshooting in NOC
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US
Beneficial Certifications/ Training:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in related discipline
CCIE with voice specialization
CCVP, CCDA
MSCE
