Job Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Financial Advisor in Woodland Hills seeks part-time Administrative Assistant to work 10 hours a week. Best schedule would be 4 hours on Monday, 4 hours on Wednesday, and 2 hours on Friday. This is flexible, however. Once the days are chosen, the schedule will remain fixed for the most part. There is potential for this position becoming full-time.
Position requirements:
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (PC, not Apple). (Experience with all Microsoft Office programs is a must.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including a pleasant and professional telephone demeanor. (You will have frequent and direct contact with high net-worth individuals.)
  • Sales skills or sales training is a big plus. (Some client service experience a plus.)
  • Willingness to do a background check.
