Located in the beautiful Back Bay section of Boston, a financial investments firm that specializes in asset management strategies is seeking three (3) experienced senior .NET developers that understand the architecture, design and development of complex .NET web-based software applications.
This position is ideal for very strong C developers who are interested in being major contributors in a 15 person and growing .NET team that focuses on developing unique asset management and portfolio management systems and applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work closely with a team of 15 developers in developing one of a kind web applications that are architected to better manage large amounts of money and assets.
The news senior developers will make an impact on all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and contribute specifically on the design and architecture for all new systems and applications to be built
All development will be web-based and the core programming language used is C with a SQL Server database
QUALIFICATIONS:
C
3+ years of programming experience.
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
Strong SQL Server database skills are very important for this position!
Knowledge of database design, normalization, queries, stored procedures and data imports/exports/transformation.
Experience with UI design and development.
Strong organizational and communication skills a must.
