Global law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a senior-level Human Resources Business Partner with exceptional leadership abilities along with a solid understanding of US labor laws and regulations. This is a regional role with oversight of multiple offices. HRBP will partner with the global HR team, management and attorneys regarding HR related needs and concerns. Responsibilities will include employee relations and investigations; developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, policies and training; compensation; annual review and reporting; and recruiting. Qualified candidate will have a college degree in HR or related field of study along with 4 to 5 years of solid HR leadership experience in the legal or professional services industry.
