Full Charge Bookkeeper Fuse3 Solutions has partnered with an OKC-based company that is hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day to day accounting needs of the company and family that is associated with the company. This is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper to take on additional roles and responsibilities, while having the opportunity to move into a Controller role in the future. Job Duties of the Full Charge Bookkeeper:
  • Manage the day to day accounting functions, such as:
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Billing
    • Invoicing
    • Credit card payments
    • Bill payments
    • Financials
    • Balance Sheet
    • Payroll
  • Manage the financials of property/real estate
  • Manage the financials of autos and aircraft
Job Requirements of the Full Charge Bookkeeper:
  • Must have previous experience dealing with high-net worth families
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting is preferred
  • Experience as a Bookkeeper, or at least a Senior Accountant, is required
  • 8:00 to 5:00 job, but must be available outside normal business hours
Salary of the Full Charge Bookkeeper:
  • $50,000 to $70,000/year plus benefits
