ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work directly on new development, design, enhancements (80), and get involved with maintaining highly complex existing tools and modules (20)
Serve as a key player with a really cool, innovative and industry-first Performance Manager application which allows managers to facilitate employee performance reviews in the most time and cost efficient manner
All development will be with .NET 2.0 Web technologies, and the core programming languages used will be C, ASP.NET SQL Server 2000 + 2005
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years experience in overall software development
Minimum 2 years experience in software development within the .NET framework
C ASP.NET
SQL Server 2000 + 2005
Object Oriented design and development exposure and/or experience
Eager to jump right in and make an impact
BONUS SKILLS + STRENGTHS:
Quick to learn new technologies and is a self-starter who takes initiative in their programming capabilities
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field (not required)
Superb communication and team working skills
Enjoys a challenge
Enjoys programming for the greater good
