Chief Financial Officer
Job Location: Elkhart, IN
Experience: 7-10 years of experience
Our client is a small, but up and coming local manufacturer. We are assisting the ownership and CEO in identifying top candidates for this CFO position.
This hands on role will oversee the accounting function of the business, including all general ledger activity, staff supervision, cost accouting, software systems, human resources, general administration, and working with outside CPA firm and bankers. This position will serve as the right hand business partner to the CEO in building strong teams and continuing the companys growth.
We seek candidates with an aggressive and enthusiastic approach to operating and growing a business. The ideal candidate will have a CPA and/or MBA and currently in a role where he/she is ready for the next step in successful career progression.
