Controls Field Service
Job Location: Orange, CA
Experience: 3-10 years of experience
Our client is a Control Systems Integrator that has specializes in water and wastewater collection, distribution, and treatment, in business for 25 years they continue to grow and expand in this industry. They are currently seeking individuals to be part of their remote office locations in the Orange County and Riverside CA area.
Industrial Controls local Field Service:
Growth has created a position for a local area field service person with 3 years plus experience in servicing industrial control applications. The successful candidate will Test, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair integrated control systems, electronic equipment and instrumentation, with additional engineering and programming tasks as needed by performing the following duties:
Requirements:
-Familiarity with Water Treatment is required.
-The successful candidate must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and provide own vehicle. Mostly local day travel with some overnight stays. Candidates must have a reasonable commute within the Orange County or Riverside/Ontario area
- 3-5 years minimum experience
- Able to make PLC / HMI field modifications is a plus but not required
- Electrical Control panel and device I/O trouble shooting
- VFD setup and troubleshooting
- 4-20ma Instrument Factory testing and calibration
-Performs diagnostic evaluation and emergency field service for MCCs. VFDs, all I C equipment including analog, digital, pneumatic and electrical controls.
- Good customer communication skills
- Able to work in both a team environment and independently.
-Provides administrative assistance to the Manager of the Support Services department to ensure proper flow of information and procedures.
- Provides 24/7 customer support as required.
-Writes own trip reports and provide daily work reports.
Education and/or Experience
AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two years related experience, or three years related experience. ISA CCST certification is a Plus.
