Minimum Requirements:
Five years experience as a Network Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation.
Experience in developing network design through implementation.

Experience in configuring multi-vendor network equipment.
Experience with network test gear and testing network equipment.
Experience in configuring NAT and Routing Protocols.
Experience with Ethernet Trunking and configuring Ethernet VLANs.

Description of Position:
This position is for a System Engineer IV to support TURBULENCE (TU) installation and deployment The TU Thread Engineer will work as a lead systems engineer supporting a Government lead to achieve the threads goals for each TU Spin. Specific duties include:

Leading the tactical engineering activities to accomplish spin goals to include coordinating and participating in design meetings and technical review meetings developing technical plans to guide capability development coordinating preparation of test plans and procedures coordinating thread testing and verification of test results reporting status of capability development activities and verifying/reporting the threads spin goals and results.
Working with system architects, system developers, testers, and systems engineers to develop and maintain thread block diagrams, sequence diagrams, interface definitions, and other analysis and design artifacts to be used for development, integration, and testing.
Writing and coordinating the preparation of technical documentation for one or more threads. The documentation will include but not be limited to: technical management plans, requirements documents, and technical briefings.
Ensuring technical reviews are done in accordance with the TU Systems Engineering Plan (SEP) and the Thread Engineering Process. In addition, should ensure the thread can support the T4 test and deployment processes.
Minimum Requirements
Five years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence capability with an emphasis on collection, processing, and exploitation.
Eighteen years in a technical role in projects and programs.
Twelve years experience as a Systems Engineer supporting programs to develop and field largescale systems to include experience in system architecture, requirements analysis, system documentation, system evaluation, and process execution and evaluation.
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other technical discipline.
Experience in full system life cycle from concept development through testing and deployment
The candidate must have demonstrated ability to write system engineering documentation and be able to deliver technical presentation to large audiences.
The candidate must be results-oriented, self motivated and an effective communicator.
The candidate must have working experience with MS Office products including MS Project.

Preferred Skills
Experience with testing performed according to SE standards.
Knowledge of NSAs SIGINT mission systems.
Knowledge of DNI technologies and protocols
Experience in integrating systems into a system of systems.
General knowledge of XML and JMS messaging.
