Boutique STABLE Real Estate firm in Beverly Hills seeks an Office Manager with AP experience and an affinity for math. This company is observing and practicing safe policies and procedures that comply with WHO and CDC guidelines for health and safety.

Office Manager/strong math skills

The Office Manager/AP will report to senior management on a daily basis and will be responsible for the following:

Including:

  • accounts payable,
  • Filing
  • Interfacing with Company's tenants
  • Responding to tenant needs and other inquiries
  • corresponding with tenants to ensure payments made and posted in a timely manner
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree highly desired
  • 3-4 years experience especially experience in AP
  • STRONG Math and numbers skills
  • AP Familiarity
  • strong Microsoft Office and EXCEL skills
