POSITION: Account Executive
LOCATION: San Francisco or Los Angeles
COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Company has been providing innovative and effective e-commerce Search Navigation and Advanced Merchandising solutions to leading U.S. retailers. No one better understands the challenges of online and cross-selling better than this company, and no other vendor combines solid experience with a singular focus on e-commerce providing solutions to improve both the customer and the merchant experience. The company is looking for an Account Executive.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
o Looking for the sharp and hungry sales professional that brings professional sales enthusiasm.
o Must of a verifiable and successful sales track record of at least 5+ years in enterprise software sales.
o Experience with inside sales to end-users is desired.
o Must have a successful background of prospecting and bringing in new accounts. Prefer a hunter mentality (aggressive), as opposed to a farmer.
o Ideally, industry experience with merchandising, eCommerce, brick mortar retailers and eTailers.
o Ideally, a candidate familiar with WebSphere Commerce Service, BEA or Microsoft solutions.
o Knowledge of these companies a plus: Microsoft, WebSphere, Endeca, WebTrends, NetRatings, Omniture, Visual Sciences, MarketLive, Fry, GSI, ATG, Celebros, SLI, EasyAsk, Fast Search or similar companies.
o Experience in utilizing a CRM tool, like Salesforce.com.
o Knowledgeable in preparation of business case and ROI analysis.
o Must be accountable for their actions, with focus on accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
o Should view territory as a franchise and have the ability to leverage corporate resources effectively.
