Our Fractional Electric DC Motors division, with manufacturing facilities in China, has an immediate need for Design/Product Development Engineers.
Position Overview:
The Design/Product Development Engineer will coordinate Chinese manufactured fractional electric motors through the product development process, to product launch.
Responsibities:
Communicating new or updated technical information on motor designs, addressing technical related concerns and issues, responding to customer product inquiries, creating and presenting motor design information to Chinese associates.
Assisting customers with motor design issues, making product improvement recommendations, reviewing product specifications for functional and technical accuracy.
Assisting in demonstrations of motor application/products to prospective customers, administering engineering change order activities, and acting as a liason between domestic customers and Chinese Engineering associates.
Qualifications:
5 to 20 years fractional electric DC motor design and development experience
BS degree
Willingness to travel to China (20).
