Growing organization looking for someone with virology experience to head up the cGMP. This person will manage the cGMP, 2-3 techs, and will interact with customers of this contract manufacturing facility. Company has achieved 17% growth since this time last year! Looking for hands-on cGMP Manager for day-to-day operations, maintenance and regulatory compliance of cGMP Cleanroom Facility. Manage the continuous improvement of the facility; assist in technology transfer, process development and scale-up activities; cGMP contract Project Management; troubleshooting the facility.
MUST HAVES:
1) Minimum of a Bachelors Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Virology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochem or related degree AND some experience in virology.
2) 1+ years of hands on experience in a cGMP pharma/biopharm cleanroom facility
3) Project Management skills
4) Cell culture or viral propagation experience a plus
5) Good computer skills in the MS suite of products
