We are looking for a EEG Technician. Must be graduate of an accredited electroneurodiagnostic technology program accredited by the Committee on Alllied Health Education and Accreditation or equivalent formal training.
Must have Registration in EEG or EP by ABRET and/or Minimum of 1 yr exp in EEG and EP with 1-2 yrs exp in long-term monitoring on an epilepsy unit.
Will perform EEGs, Evoked Potentials (EPs), and Video/EEG monitoring in the laboratory, at the beside of patients in intensive care units, and in other specialized locations.. Performs specialized EEG recordings for Long-Term Monitoring for Epilepsy patients. Also performs EEGs and EPs intraoperatively. This position reports to the Neruodiagnostic Lab Manager.
