Project Manager - Emergency Restoration Construction Project Manager - Emergency Restoration Construction - Skills Required - construction project management, emergency restoration construction, fire-water-smoke damage, insurance repair, commercial construction, insurance restoration construction.
We are in search of a Construction Project Manager with insurance repair/emergency restoration construction experience (fire, water, smoke damage).
This opportunity requires leadership and strong communication skills and a complete understanding of the Insurance Restoration Construction industry.
Requirements The Successful Candidate
Will have experience managing and mentoring a team
Will have 5+ years experience being accountable for the profit and loss of a business or business unit.
Should have a strong technical background. Experience in emergency restoration, mitigation and restoration required.
Will take a proactive attitude to business development and promoting the companys services. Ideal candidate will be able to bring in business by selling and marketing to insurance adjusters.
Must have outstanding soft skills including the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
Must thrive in a busy business environment and enjoy implementing robust, standardized procedures.
Must bring a positive can-do attitude to their work and possess the drive and determination necessary to strive for excellence in a competitive, service oriented business.
