Our facility is a center for excellence for such major specialties as Womens Services, Cardiovascular Medicine and Surgery, Cancer, Orthopedics, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Psychiatric Services, Emergency Services and more. It has more than 750 Board Certified physicians, representing many major specialties. Other notable services and facilities include the Seniors Program, Diagnostic Center, Womens Diagnostic Center and the Surgery Center. In addition to our physicians we have over 2,500 employees and volunteer staff that support the medical center every day.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Physical Therapy. Must have BS in Physical Therapy, Alabama Physical Therapy licensure and a minimum of five years previous management experience required.

The Physical Therapy Director provides the daily management and supervision of rehab services at our facility. Initiates, coordinates, and integrates patient care services, program development and education. Serves as rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor. Facilitates team dynamics and state-of-the-art facility functions. Demonstrates involvement in organization and community.

Requirements:

Current Alabama state licensure as a Physical Therapist

A minimum of five years previous management experience required.

Current BCLS Certification prior to delivering patient care
