Vice-President of Channel Management (Sales) - position reports to the President/COO and can be located anywhere in the United States.

The incumbent will be responsible for traditional sales management including actually managing the sales force (approximately 8 outside Account Managers/Salespersons), developing and implementing sales plans and quotas, developing sales commission plans and/or compensation structures, assisting the salespersons to pursue, hunt, and close business with existing or potential customers. We would like an individual very knowledgeable of the telecommunications industry, specifically in outdoor/indoor enclosures with at least 10 years of experience. Sales expertise must include knowledge of indoor and outdoor mechanical and plastic enclosures for telecommunications electronics equipment. Total compensation (variable and fixed) would be somewhere in the $200-300k level depending on the candidates background. and ability to take charge of current and future sales. Extensive travel required.
