Small batch plant of 30-50 people is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager with strong process background to manage a small batch plant located in North Louisiana. This is a continuous operation which recently installed all new equipment. The ideal candidate will be from the local area, have a strong process or industrial engineering background and be willing to manage the day to day operations under the guidance of the current plant manager. The current manager is probably retiring in the next two years so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move into a Plant Managers position pretty rapidly.
